Today I received my very own copy of Daisy & Herm! OMG! I actually wrote a book LOL! I look forward to holding it in my hand and reading it in book form instead of just words on a computer!
Writing this was quite the journey and one which I enjoyed immensely! I used to write stories as a kid but never went any further than that and writing a book was never a goal I had. Now that I have done it and found how much I enjoy writing, I want to do more but what do I write about next? LOL
Whatever I decide, it will have to wait until I find a new home and settle in. Yup, I am on the move yet again! To where, I am not sure!
I have never felt this property was “home”, so after renovating it for the past 4 years, my plan was to put it in on the market in the Spring and look for a place in either South or North Carolina. As usual, the “Universe” was in charge and in February my water heater broke. The plumber who came to replace it commented on how nice the property was and I told him I was going to sell it. He said to let him know when I was going to do that. I had already had a market analysis done, so I sent it to him and said he could come for a tour whenever he liked. He replied, “how about Saturday?” We did the tour, he gave me an offer and we closed three weeks ago!!
OMG! Thankfully, he is allowing me to stay here while I look for a place. These days it is a sellers, not a buyers market and to say there is little to choose from where I am looking is putting it mildly. I have two real estate agents looking, I search realtor.com three times a day, I am consulting all my psychic friends and doing heavy duty visualizations LOL.
Even though I’m officially homeless, I’m not worried. I know I’m being taken care of and guided on this journey. Why else would my water heater have broken and sent me the perfect buyer? :-). I am excited to see where the “U” will place me. Wherever I land, I know it will be the perfect place for me to do whatever it is I am supposed to do next.
