Wilding my life – diving into wordpress!

Welcome Re-wilding fans!

This is my first try at a blog post and my first try at wordpress.  I am definitely re-wilding myself here as I am not at all tech savvy LOL!!

I am so happy to be finally writing a blog, it has been on my mind for a very long time but my gremlin, whose name is George,  was whispering in my ear, telling me that I had nothing of substance to say and no one would ever read or be interested in what I wrote.  Well, sorry George, I am no longer going to listen to you!!  Readers or not, I am stepping out of my comfort zone and “stepping up to the plate”.

Speaking of “stepping up to the plate”, or “getting on the field”, what have each of you done lately to move in that direction and get out of your comfort zone?  It isn’t easy to push those boundaries is it?  We all would rather maintain the status quo, even though it may not be comfortable or may be a bit boring, at least it is familiar!  I get that, oh so well!

Whether we are stuck in a job that we don’t like, or really want to be more healthy, or want to change our lifestyle all together but it is just too scary, or want to start to meditate, or get out into nature more…….etc, etc!  All those good intentions and dreams, even though they pull at us, it is SO hard to break out and actually CHANGE!  I have been there and am still there to some extent but I am determined to break free!

I am starting a new business, called Rewilding Your Life, where I mentor people like you and me who want to change their lives and just need some support to do that.  I am also writing a book and taking public speaking classes.  All this at the age of 69 years young!!  If I can do it, so can you!  🙂

In future posts I will be describing the life I left in 1989, the 14 years of traveling around the world, and tales of living WAY off grid for the past 12 years and my excursion into the world of internet marketing and more!  I have been blessed to live a very interesting and full life and look forward to sharing that with you.

Until next time…..may you be fearless!!!!
